About our free consultations:

We provide in-home consultations prior to booking a recurring cleaning service* so that we can fully understand you and your home, your cleaning needs and preferences, answer any questions and ensure that you feel 100% comfortable with the cleaning service that will be coming into your home.

Your free consultation includes:

• Walk-through of your home, including all areas to be cleaned and any specific needs or requests

• Review of VBC cleaning checklist, scope of service and operations

• Review of VBC Terms of Service

• Any questions answered. References available upon request

• Completion of client intake form

• Quote and scheduling of service

  *Free consultations are available for recurring cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly) only. Does not apply to one-time cleans which are billed at an hourly rate of $65/hour.
