We provide our own non-toxic, unscented cleaning supplies. If you’d like us to use your products, that’s fine too.

Our move in/ move out cleans are a full-service clean, to ensure that the entire space is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom.

Booking a move in/move out service will:
help your move go more smoothly and reduce the stress and fatigue of moving. You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that someone else is taking care of the cleaning.

Our Process

VBC offers a personal, quality service which means we are somewhat old-fashioned in our approach. Unlike many cleaning companies, we don’t provide online quotes or bookings and still phone some of our clients to remind them of their appointments.

Not everyone wishes or needs to have an in-home quote or visit before getting started and that’s fine. But, here are the benefits of booking an in-person visit:
you get to meet the VBC Founder and Owner and ensure that VBC is a good fit. You want to be able to trust and feel comfortable with the cleaning service that’s coming to your home and an old-fashioned, face-to-face meeting is a great way to do so.
you can show us all the particulars and details of your home, prior to your first clean. This saves time and means that all we have to do on your first visit is show up and get to work.
we’ll review the Cleaning Checklist and Terms of Service together and you can ask any questions you may have. This ensures clear expectations, outcomes and parameters so that you enjoy seamless, worry and hassle-free service.

Once you’ve decided to go ahead, we’ll get you set up in our system and assign you a specific day and time for your cleans.
You can relax knowing that a friendly, reliable, non-smoking and professional cleaning technician will be coming to your home and giving you a top-quality, consistent clean every time!
Invoices are sent after each service via Quickbooks and payment made be made via cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
As a valued client, you will also receive our monthly newsletter.
You can refer a friend and receive $50 off your next service. When your friend signs up for recurring service.
