Our Process

VBC offers a personal, quality service which means we are somewhat old-fashioned in our approach. Unlike many cleaning companies, we don’t provide online quotes or bookings and still phone some of our clients to remind them of their appointments.

We offer Basic, Basic Plus and Deluxe Cleaning packages which will be outlined to you during the quote process.
Basic - covers ongoing maintenance cleaning tasks
Basic Plus - you can choose from add-on extras such as a fridge clean for an additional set fee
Deluxe - includes maintenance cleaning tasks on each visit plus add-on extras. For households that want complete peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of.

You’ll be assigned one cleaning tech to perform your service (exceptions are illness or vacation) so that you always know who will be coming to your home. Your cleaning tech will arrive at a set time to perform your service.
